How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Owoti app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, phone, email)
- Ride history
- Payment records
- Ratings and reviews
- Favorite locations
- Emergency contacts
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance:
- Transaction records (30 days)
- Legal compliance data (as required by law)
